You can send as many questions as you’d like, and if your request is covered by your site management plan, then we’ll take care of it right away. There’s no limit to the number of tasks we perform as long as it’s covered by your plan. Sometimes we’ll refer you to an article or send you a quick answer of our own. If your support request isn’t covered by your plan, we’ll give you an estimate for completing the work you need done, or can upgrade you to a plan with more services. DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS IF I WANT YOU TO MANAGE MORE THAN ONE SITE?
Yes for sure! We give bulk discounts. Contact us for details. We also work with agencies. Once we know more details about your specific needs, we’ll be happy to put together a great proposal.
DO YOU WORK WITH AGENCIES?
We work with agencies all the time. We partner with many agencies to make sure their customers are taken care of once their new project has launched. If ongoing maintenance work is slowing down delivery of your design or development projects, let us take a load off for you.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
After signup, cards are auto-charged each month on a recurring basis on the same day you signed up, until you decide to cancel or upgrade your plan.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit/debit cards. After signup, cards are auto-charged each month on a recurring basis until you decide to cancel or upgrade your plan. For Partner Plan customers we accept EFT or paper check as well.
DO YOU HAVE CONTRACTS?
Never. Our mission is to serve you with amazing Managed WordPress Hosting & Maintenance and if you feel we are not providing great service you may cancel your plan at any time.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION/REFUND POLICY?
There are no contracts, and we never lock people in. All plans are either month-to-month or annual and can be canceled at any time. Just send an email to email@example.com to speak with a team member.
We offer a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase of one of our plans. If you’re unsatisfied with your service for any reason during your first 30 days with us, we’ll give you back 100% of the money you gave us. We don’t offer pro-rated refunds for monthly plans. We do, however, offer pro-rated refunds for annual plans. If for some reason you discontinue service with us on an annual subscription, we’ll give a pro-rated refund for the full months you have remaining on your subscription.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A PLUGIN OR THEME UPDATE BREAKS MY SITE?
The simple answer is that we fix it. We go out of our way to ensure compatibility before we update plugins, themes, or WordPress versions, but sometimes the results of an update are unexpected and things break. In those rare scenarios, we quickly repair the issue and contact the plugin or theme author so they can work on patching the issue.
DO YOU OFFER EMAIL ACCOUNTS?
We do not offer email accounts. We’re experts at making WordPress sites super fast and secure, and we recommend you host email with a company that does the same for email. We recommend Google Apps for email.
